Today, 31 August 2006, the private equity group Penta will submit a bid for a purchase of lands between Old and Harbor Bridges in Petržalka. The company is prepared to fulfill the main selection criterion and offer the highest purchase price.

Penta appreciates that the City Council of the capital Bratislava has selected a transparent selling; moreover, Penta also considers important that the responsible approach, transparency and lucidity of the procedure is kept during opening envelopes when participants or a notary public should be present.

Due to several new projects (Digital Park, Atrium, Aupark) and a planned citywide center, Penta considers this location to be a new "business district" of Bratislava.

With respect to a zoning plan of the city, Penta intends to develop and observe functional and spatial regulation of the territory, including transportation and conditions for connecting to service connections.
