Penta in Expo Real in Munich

On October 8 through 12, 2007, the Penta private equity group will participate in a prestigious EXPO REAL fair in Munich. It will present its largest projects, DIGITAL PARK EINSTEINOVA II and THE PORT.

DIGITAL PARK – is a modern administrative complex. Its specific attributes consist in an unusually low land development coefficient and high portion of rest areas. The first part of the project has been implemented with the total capital expenses exceeding EUR 16 million, and was approved in September 2006. The author of stage II of the project is a famous architectonic atelier, CMA (Cigler Marani Architects); expenses should reach about EUR 82 million.

THE PORT – is a new city part of Bratislava. During the first stage of the project, a shopping zone with supermarkets, hobby markets, and wholesale stores will grow up on 110 ha. In spring 2010, an opening of the largest shopping and entertainment centre, Port Mall, is expected, in which a water park, technical museum, cinema, and plenty of other common and new types of services and attractions will find their place. The first project stage will bring total investments in the amount of EUR 280 million.

Penta began to operate in the area of real estate in 2005; in the next four years, it plans to invest about EUR 300 million in real estate. The aim of Penta´s operation in the area of real estate is to provide its clients with premises for working, living, resting, and having fun with an emphasis on a perspective locality, high-quality urban planning, interesting architecture, and high implementation standard.
