OPERA REFORM Investments Limited has presented the developer’s project, CENTROP – CENTRAL EUROPE VALLEY, concerning the regional development of a part of Bratislava even on lands owned by an entity belonging to the Penta private equity group.

Such project has been presented in the estate development fair, MIPIM 2008, in Cannes despite the fact that Penta has never envisaged the allowance of any construction on the given lands for a third party investor.

“The lands are owned by us and represent a part of our project, The Port, being currently implemented already. We consider it to be important to notify the public, investors, and clients of the fact that no investment plans of OPERA REFORM Investments Limited shall be implemented on our lands,” Jozef Oravkin, partner of the Penta private equity group, said.

The CENTROP Project is situated in Bratislava, in the area between the D2 motorway and road into the Devínska Nová Ves city part, and includes also lands, to which OPERA REFORM Investments Limited has no legal title and no other right allowing the construction.

In relation herewith, the Penta private equity groups considers legal acts leading to protection of its rights and legitimate interests concerning its investments.
