Penta Investments, the developer of the Digital Park office complex in Bratislava, has recently signed a lease contract with Mondelez EBSC (European Business Services Centre), a subsidiary of a global snacking powerhouse Mondelez International. The company has decided to expand its shared service centre in Slovakia and so its new seat in Digital park will have more than 5,000 sqm in total.

“We are pleased that Mondelez EBSC has chosen Digital Park for its expansion and new office. The project will offer Mondelez EBSC and its employees flexibility, efficiency, technical and esthetical quality of the office premises, great vehicular and public transport accessibility and full range of services and amenities within the project,” said Štefan Puci, Senior Business Development Manager of Penta Investments.

“We were seeking a modern office space that was optimal for our people, culture, organisation and size.  Digital Park was selected after a lengthy and detailed process as the best possible option for us. We especially liked the large floor-plates and the flexibility of the landlord to accommodate our needs at Digital Park. We very much look forward to moving to our new offices later this year,“ said Vic Susman, Director – European Business Services Centre (EBSC).

The Digital Park project offers more than 74,000 sqm of A class premises and is leased to blue chip tenants such as Deloitte, Lenovo, Pixel Federation, Dalkia, Shell, Zuno, OMV, Bayer, First Data, Bauer Media and many others.
