Mikolaj Mogilnicki became new Chief HR Officer at Penta Investments

Effective from 1st February 2019, Mikolaj (Nick) Mogilnicki became a new Chief Human Resources Officer of Penta Investments. He will be primarily responsible for the HR strategy and associated policies of the company.

Mikolaj Mogilnicki is a Polish and South African national. He has already held several leadership positions in Human Resources and Corporate Affairs. Among them, he was HR and CA director of SABMiller business unit in Slovakia and, subsequently, HR Director of SABMiller/Asahi Brands Europe.

He graduated with BSc.H in Mathematical Statistics at Rhodes University in South Africa. He is married and has a son.
