Juraj Nevolník is the new Managing Director for Slovakia at Penta Real Estate

Effective from August 1, 2017 Juraj Nevolník will become the new Managing Director for Slovakia at Penta Real Estate. Until now he has worked as a Development Director, a position where he was responsible for the preparation of projects, from the basic concept to the actual construction.

“I am convinced that Juraj’s vision, experience, and knowledge in the field of finance and technology will be a great asset for successful implementation of our long-term strategy on the real estate market in Slovakia,” says Jozef Oravkin, partner responsible for the real estate division at Penta Investments.

Juraj started working for Penta in 2010 as a student. While working in the real estate division, he was part of several successful projects, e.g. he was responsible for the development of the residential part of Bory or the Rosum office project.

He is a graduate of the Faculty of Architecture at the STU, during his studies he interned in a foreign studio. He also completed an additional education in the financial field.
