Municipal prosecution suspended investigation of Marek Dospiva, one of shareholders of the Penta investment group.

"From the very beginning we have insisted that the accusation has neither real legal nor economic basis. We are happy that the prosecution confirmed so and finally terminated the investigation to our benefit," Marek Dospiva states.
