Deloitte moves to Digital Park

The Penta investment group, the developer of the Digital Park office building project, has signed a lease contract with Deloitte. The Bratislava seat of Deloitte will be in the Digital Park building on Einsteinova Street where the company rented 4,500 sq m.

Penta penetrated into the real estate market with the Digital Park project in 2005. Digital Park is an office project featuring eye-catchy and clean-cut architecture with interior and exterior verdure. It is located on Einsteinova Street in Bratislava. The two stages of the project will bring 53,000 sq m of standard A leasable area to the market. It will offer a new office centre with additional shopping and services functions. The total investment value will be EURO one hundred million. Existing and future tenants of Digital Park include Avnet Technology Solutions, Bank Plus, Bauer Media, Dalkia, Digi TV, Dôvera zdravotná poisťovňa, Kia Motors Slovakia, Lenovo, OTP Leasing, Penta Investments, Privat banka, Pro Care, Sauter and others.

The History of the investment

  • Stage I – 09/2006 completed and fully rented – 12,600 sq m
  • Stage II – development, 70% occupancy, completion 03/ – 06/2009 – 40,500 sq m
  • Other stages are in the planning process and cover an estimated area of 30,000 sq m
