Penta Investments as the investor launched the Sky Park project today. The residential part of the project by world-renowned architect Zaha Hadid, which will consist of three 30-storey towers, will offer more than 700 apartments to interested customers. The beginning of their sale is planned for Monday, December 5. All three residential towers received construction permits at the same time in late November, and their construction can therefore fully start in the coming weeks.

“The Sky Park project is truly exceptional. Not only for its architecture, which is authored by one of the most influential architects in the world, Zaha Hadid, but also for its location in the city centre and its public spaces designed for all citizens of Bratislava. From the perspective of new residents it will offer wonderful views of Bratislava and a quality disposition of apartments – all this in the middle of a new city park,”says Michal Padych, Senior Business Development Manager at Penta Investments.

Completion of the project is expected in late 2019, and it will include very high quality amenities in an area of over 2000 m2 with more than 1100 parking spaces, all located in the project’s underground. In the second stage of the Sky Park project Penta plans two administrative buildings with a total rentable area of 55 thousand m2. One of the two administrative towers has already received a construction permit.

Extraordinary interest

In the first phase of the sale, which begins this week, all the interested parties that registered through the skypark.sk website will gradually be contacted. “Preliminary interest in Sky Park impressed us. In just a few weeks more than 3 thousand prospective clients expressed interest in an apartment purchase, which exceeds the offer of apartments in the project several times over,” says Jozef Šimek, Head of Sales for Penta Investments.

“I therefore recommend to all interested parties who have not yet done so to take advantage of the opportunity to leave their contact information on the project’s web site so that they will be included in the first phase of the sale,” says Šimek. Interested parties can also find detailed information about the project at the skypark.sk website, including the availability of apartments and a price list. They can also visit a new point of sale directly at Digital Park II, where a model of the Sky Park project is also displayed.

New public spaces for Bratislava

The author of the project, which will include a new city park and also a monument to the Jurkovičova heating plant, was the recently deceased and world-renowned architect Zaha Hadid. Her concept is designed for a minimal built-up area and it will provide a new city park in the centre of Bratislava with an area of more than 20 thousand m2. Along with the development of the Sky Park project there is also a plan for the reconstruction of the façade of historical Jurkovičova heating plant, which is a national monument.
