Tomáš Šusták, currently an Investment Manager, started in a junior position when he first joined Penta. He is a specialist in many disciplines and came from E&Y, where he worked for two years after graduating from the Prague School of Economics. "What I like about Penta is that there is no ceiling to my professional growth," says Tomáš, who mostly works on Penta's projects in Germany and Poland.

Rudolf Vacek graduated from the Czech Technical University in Prague and worked as a construction and cost manager at a number of large projects in Prague. He also has international experience; he took part in the preparation and implementation phases of several office and retail projects in London, such as the Bluewater Shopping Mall and the 125 Old Broad Street. Rudolf joined Penta as a consultant in 2010 and his current position is Development Director. The fact that I can participate in preparing and implementing the most important construction projects in Prague is the best thing that ever happened to me professionally," says Vacek, who, along with his Penta team, is responsible for the Florentinum office development and Waltrovka, the new residential area in Prague 5. They are now preparing a new business centre by the Masaryk train station.

Lenka Siklienková is Penta’s health care industry investment manager in Bratislava. Most of her experience comes from working on the Dôvera zdravotná poisťovňa a.s. project, as well as health care provider projects such as Svet zdravia a.s. and ProCare a.s. Lenka joined Penta as an investment analyst in 2008 while still studying at the University of Economics in Bratislava. „Work at Penta means you meet new people, new ideas, situations and outlooks every day, you get a chance and are trusted to successfully complete every task“, says Lenka, who enjoys visible results with positive impact on Slovakia’s health care sector, despite her time-demanding schedule.

Chief Analyst Martin Molnár is active in Penta‘s banking projects and Dr.Max pharmacy chain. He joined Penta in 2004 while still studying at the Mathematics, Physics and Informatics Department of the Comenius University in Bratislava as a trainee in the Analytic Department. Today, he is an expert in valuation, financial analysis and due diligence and draws on his experience from working on projects in banking, retail, manufacturing, telecommunications, energy and service industries. “Working at Penta is never dull. Agáta Meštellérová is currently Penta's Investment Manager for Dr. Max and also the healthcare and facility management sectors. Agáta graduated from the University of Economics in Prague and worked as a Project Manager in REDBAENK, a company providing M&A consulting. She started her career at Penta in 2012 as an analyst and has since become an expert in corporate finance and other fields. "Penta gives you a great opportunity if you show true professionalism, consistency and the ability to work in a team," says Agáta and adds that the pressure on results is balanced by the most interesting work, not only because of its content, but also because of the people she works with.

Juraj first started to work for Penta as a student in 2010 and his responsibility included the residential part of the Bory Bývanie project.
