Penta penetrated into the real estate market with the Digital Park project in 2005. Digital Park is an office project featuring eye-catchy and clean-cut architecture with interior and exterior verdure. It is located on Einsteinova Street in Bratislava. The two stages of the project will bring 53,000 sq m of standard A leasable area to the market. It will offer a new office centre with additional shopping and services functions. The total investment value will be EURO one hundred million. - Stage II - development, 70% occupancy, completion 03/ - 06/2009 – 40,500 sq m
- Other stages are in the planning process and cover an estimated area of 30,000 sq m
