MobilKom is the owner and operator of the U:fon mobile telephony network, launched in the Czech Republic in May 2007. U:fon provides mobile, voice, and data service based on the CDMA technology. In 2011, Penta sold MobilKom to a strategic investor – Divenno Holdings Limited.
