With the successful completion of the sale of the Bory Mall shopping and entertainment center, we have reached another important milestone in our activities on the Slovak market. The transaction was approved by the Antimonopoly Office of the Slovak Republic, thus concluding a process that lasted for more than a year. The center\u2019s new owner is the ZFP Real Estate Fund managed by the Czech investment company ZFP Investments.
