As per the plans notified in autumn 2007, today, Penta opened its agency in Warsaw, Poland. "The purpose of our Polish branch is, in addition to the main activity, being the searching for and implementation of other investments, also pre-acquisition support and support for our current portfolio companies in the territory of Poland," Jozef Janov, Penta´s Investment Director, responsible for the branch, says. By the end of 2008, eight people should work in Warsaw for Penta.
