Václav focuses on healthcare and retail investments in Penta. Having worked for 9 years as a physician, he has a valuable inside knowledge of the sector. He develops new investment opportunities and actively manages the current healthcare portfolio of Penta in all markets.
Zdeněk Kubát
Investment Director, Prague
Zdeněk is currently in charge of the successful restructuring and strategic development of Aero Vodochody, and is also involved in the project to develop an international airport at Vodochody.
Marián Slivovič
Investment Director, Bratislava
Marián currently heads Penta activities in the banking sector and is leading the acquisition of Dexia Bank Slovakia. He is also involved in Penta's entry into the meat-processing sector.
Filip Szubert

Filip is overseeing Penta’s frozen food project Iglotex and is involved in the entry into NFI EMF Group through the public tender offer of Penta and Eastbridge for NFI EMF shares with the aim of further expansion of the company as a private company.
