Jozef is in charge primarily of projects in the Czech Republic and Poland: the Fortuna Entertainment Group, Zabka, Iglotex and the Hasau Group.

Václav is focused on Penta projects in the healthcare and retail sectors. He is currently leading the consolidation and expansion of the Dr. Max pharmacy chain and also the expansion of the PetCenter pet food chain.

Zdeněk is currently in charge of the successful restructuring and strategic development of Aero Vodochody, and is also involved in the project to develop an international airport at Vodochody.

Marián currently heads Penta activities in the banking sector and is leading the acquisition of Dexia Bank Slovakia. He is also involved in Penta's entry into the meat-processing sector.

Filip is overseeing Penta’s frozen food project Iglotex and is involved in the entry into NFI EMF Group through the public tender offer of Penta and Eastbridge for NFI EMF shares with the aim of further expansion of the company as a private company.
