Project
Penta owns 80% share in Masaryk Station Investment, a.s. (MSI). MSI is together with Czech Railways member of the Masaryk Station Development (MSD) consorcium.
A Project Agreement concluded by MSI, MSD and České dráhy calls for a joint development of the area around Prague Masaryk Station and a subsequent buy-out of Czech Railways-owned land by MSD after completion of all development activities.
Status
The project is in the preparation phase.
