Masarykovo nádraží – CBD

The project is currently in the preparatory phase, with the ambition to have both it and Florentinum create a Prague Central Business District. Once it is completed, mixed development will be offered, emphasizing office space, retail and residential living, while including reconstruction and upgrading of the historical Masaryk Station.

Revitalisation of the Masaryk Station area has the ambition of creating a new Central Business District in Prague. The building has been designed by Zaha Hadid Architects. The project aims to respect the area’s history and the existing buildings, while creating an architectural masterpiece which will become an integral part of contemporary Prague.

The project will be implemented in several phases, with completion planned for 2022–2025, and will offer up to 100,000 sq.m of new office space, shops, restaurants and cafés. Attention has been paid to public areas, greenery and urban parks. The unique roof structure above the Masaryk Station should provide new connection between central Prague, Karlín and Žižkov. The project budget is approximately CZK 10 billion.
