If you found any of the open positions attractive and believe your educational and professional profile fit our requirements, apply following the instructions given in the description of each job. Do not forget to mention the name of the position you are interested in.
If none of the open positions met your expectations, but you would still like to work for Penta, you can send your CV to the database of potential candidates by filling the Employment recruitment form. In this case, please state that you are a "potential candidate", give the area or department you are interested in (i.e. SHA – finance department), and attach your CV and cover letter.
The selection process
The first round of the selection process consists of screening all candidates' CV's and cover letters. Your cover letter should answer the following questions: Why are you applying for a given position at Penta? Which of your competencies, such as knowledge, skills, and abilities, will help you to be successful in the position?
Selected candidates will be invited to the second round, where their professional skills, knowledge and other qualification will be assessed, typically in tests (professional, language, psychodiagnostic tests) and/or through case studies.
In the third (potentially fourth) round, applicants undergo structured interviews, focused mainly on their professional career, their motivation and ambitions, as well as their knowledge and skills.
