Rosum is an office development at the intersection of Ružinovská and Bajkalská streets in Bratislava. The project offers over 22,000 sq. m of highest-quality office space to the Slovakian capital’s real estate market.

Apart from office space, Rosum also offers units for retail and service tenants. The overall construction cost will reach almost EUR 28 million and the project was completed in the second half of 2016. The buildings were designed by the Helika design studio, in collaboration with Marko & Placemakers’ Igor Marko, a leading public space expert.
