Masaryk Station Investment

The project is currently in the preparatory phase, with the ambition to have both it and Florentinum create a Prague Central Business District. Once it is completed, mixed development will be offered, emphasizing office space, retail and residential living, while including reconstruction and upgrading of the historical Masaryk Station.

Masaryk Station Investments brings approximately 70,000 square meters of multi-story office space to the Prague market, with total estimate investment of around €250 million.

Penta owns 80% of Masaryk Station Investments, a.s. (MSI) and is a member of the Masaryk Station Development (MSD) consortium along with České dráhy. The main aim of the consortium of companies comprising MSD is to prepare the land and buildings near the Masaryk Railway Station in Prague for future commercial development of both property used by České dráhy and the remaining area.
