Our plan is to build an attractive low-rise office building. The entire district is currently being developed with a number of other commercial buildings under construction. It will benefit from its excellent location in the direct proximity of the newly opened second line of Warsaw’s metro and all other types of public transportation.
Penta bought the land in June 2015 as a next step in the development of its real estate business in Poland. The construction is to be commenced in 2018 and the completion is expected in 2020. The total investment cost, including construction and purchase of land, will be around €60 million.
