If none of the open positions met your expectations, but you would still like to work for Penta, you can send your CV to the database of potential candidates by filling the Employment recruitment form. In this case, please state that you are a "potential candidate", give the sector or position you are interested in (i.e. Retail – Financial Manager), and attach your CV and cover letter.
Selection process
The selection process differs for each individual position. However, you will likely go through the following phases:
CV evaluation – CV, cover letter, and other information you have sent are assessed from the perspective of your experience and education compared to the profile of the ideal candidate.
Structured interviews – in this phase the applicants are interviewed with a focus on their previous professional career, their motivation and plans, as well as their knowledge and skills.
Case study and test – as part of our selection process, we often work with case studies. Case studies are sent to applicants in advance to allow them to prepare a presentation of analysis, recommendations and conclusions. Professional knowledge and other qualification might also be evaluated in tests (such as professional and language skills tests, psychodiagnostic tests, etc.).
