Career in Investee companies

For our investee companies, we are looking for experienced top-managers who prefer challenge to the rigidity of large corporations. For us, the quality of the top-management is the key factor in the process of value creation in individual projects. As part of our hands-on approach, we work closely with the top-management to define the strategic goals and future development plans of a company. Key managers are offered unique remuneration packages and the possibility to participate in exit profit generated from the particular project.
In special cases, we also coordinate the selection of candidates for positions outside of the investee companies’ management.

The selection process
The selection process differs for each individual position. However, you will likely go through the following phases:
The CV evaluation phase – CV, cover letter, and other information you have sent are assessed from the perspective of your experience and education compared to the profile of the ideal candidate.
The structured interviews – in this phase the applicants are interviewed with a focus on their previous professional career, their motivation and plans, as well as their knowledge and skills.
The case study and test phase – as part of our selection process, we often work with case studies.. Case studies are sent to applicants in advance to allow them to prepare a presentation of analysis, recommendations and conclusions. Professional knowledge and other qualification might also be evaluated in tests (such as professional and language skills tests, psychodiagnostic tests, etc.).
