How can business entities further their interests in the public domain? How should they communicate with politicians and top-level public administrators? Is it necessary to regulate lobbing by legislation? If it is, what principles should the legislation be based on?

The application must contain:
- an essay of 5,400–9,000 characters, written in the Czech, Slovak or English language
- a brief executive summary, giving the general direction of the essay, and its conclusions
- certificate of study issued by the study department
- contestant's first and last name, email address and a current phone number
- the subject line of the email message: "VISION 2025"
