• Combination of country-specific focus (Slovakia and Czech Republic + 1) and segment-specific focus - retail, office, residential, area-development
• Development of new projects preferred, but investment into existing projects possible when investment criteria are met.
• Investment only into projects where Penta has full control and decision-making authority over project processes
